Online Water Meter Appointment Scheduling Form

Please read before proceeding:

This form allows you to schedule a water meter installation online. Please do not schedule an appointment before you have been prompted to do so by the delivery of a notice to your door. The meters are being installed on an area by area basis between June 2009 and October 2010.

Installers work from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on Saturdays. The meter installation itself takes approximately two hours depending on the work involved.

Please Note:

  1. An adult at least 18 years old must be home at all times during the installation.
  2. The installation should take approximately two hours, unless unforeseen plumbing modifications are required.
  3. Installers are trained to make the plumbing modifications necessary for the meter installation.
